*ingredients :

°8 to 10 lbs pork spiralizer

°1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted unsalted butter

°1 cup packed brown sugar

°1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices, drained - reserve juice

°2 tablespoons of honey

°1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

*Directions :

Coat the inside of the pot with nonstick cooking spray. Place the pork cut side up in the crock pot.

Melt the butter, then mix it with the brown sugar, honey, and cloves until a paste forms.

Cover the pork with the brown sugar mixture and push it in gently. Add pineapple slices on top of the ham, and if you need to, use toothpicks to hold it in place.

Pour the pineapple juice you saved over the pork.

If you can, put the lid on the slow cooker. If you can't, cover it tightly with aluminum foil.

Simmer for 3 to 4 hours, or until the temperature inside reaches 145°F.

Dip the pork in the juice and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving it. Keeping any leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Enjoy !
